The clubhouse provides a place to gather and socialize. The clubhouse porch and the bar are a popular spots to gather and swap stories, discuss sailing and relax. Members enjoy magnificent sunsets over the North East river from the porch and the lawn.

There are regular social events including Opening Day with the traditional burning of the socks marking the start of the sailing season when socks are no longer needed. Other social events such as the Commodore’s Ball and Thanksgiving feast are held each year.

Active membership includes on the hard boat storage, motor lockers, and dingy racks. Active members have access to all the club’s facilities and events. Social membership provides access to the grounds and clubhouse and participation in social events
